提出了以下主要任务：完善信息基础设施，优化升级5G网络、千兆光纤等网络基础设施，统筹布局数据中心，完善人工智能计算中心和超算中心等算力基础设施，加快建设工业互联网、交通、能源等融合基础设施；培育数据要素市场，推动政务数据共享开放和行业数据开发利用，提升数据治理能力，建立数据要素价值体系，发展数据交易服务；提升产业创新能力，加快突破核心技术，建设创新平台和人才队伍，完善创新服务体系；推动产业链现代化，培育发展大数据产品，创新发展大数据服务，开发行业大数据推动重点行业价值链提升；优化产业发展生态，招引培育市场主体，推动产业集聚发展，优化产业服务体系；提升数治能力，强化大数据在政务、治理、民生等领域的应用；构建安全保障体系，完善数据安全保障体系，加快发展数据安全产业。
《行动计划》明确了发展目标，到2025年，全省大数据产业规模突破2000亿元、年均增长率超过25%，打造20个以上国家级大数据产业发展试点示范项目，培育10家以上国内影响力强、具有一定生态主导力的领军企业，形成50项以上全国领先的技术、产品和服务，打造100个以上创新性强、应用范围广、业态模式新、推广价值大的大数据融合应用典型案例，力争产业规模居全国第一方阵。
如何实现这些目标？河南省拟成立河南省大数据推进工作专班，建立协调推进工作机制，形成工作合力。加大政策支持力度，统筹利用我省各类产业发展专项资金，支持大数据重点产品研发、产业发展试点示范项目建设、创新发展平台培育、优秀标杆企业发展等工作。

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
